GLUCOMANNANO

Konjac has long been used in China, Japan and South East Asia as a food source.

​

Glucomannan is a natural fibre that expands its volume in the stomach. It contributes to weight loss with the beneficial effect obtained with a daily intake of 3g of glucomannan in three doses of 1g each, together with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals and in the context of an energy-restricted diet.
